About the Hotel
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a theme hotel on Lake Buena Vista that captures the essence of some Caribbean islands: Barbados, Jamaica, Martinique, Trinidad, and Aruba, in one place. Facilities include 5 pools, one of them with slides. Children’s playgrounds and activities include areas with bonfires and outdoor movie screenings. The property has a jogging track, a volleyball court, and bike rental; there are also guided excursions to practice catch-and-release fishing (extra charge).
The hotel has 4 restaurants serving different specialties within a tropical ambiance. Benefits include free transportation within the resort by buses or a cableway connecting the property with some theme parks and other resorts. Accommodations in different categories are equipped with coffeemaker, in-room safe, telephone, and WiFi.
The resort is 3 kilometers (1.9 mi) from Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, home to Toy Story Land and Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge Epcot®; 6 kilometers (3.7 mi) from Epcot®, and 8 kilometers (5 mi) from the famous Disney’s Animal Kingdom®. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 31 kilometers (19.2 mi) away.
***Dining plans: The DISNEY QUICK-SERVICE DINING plan is a fast and easy option where guests aged 3 and older receive: 2 quick-service meals, 1 snack or drink, and 1 resort-refillable drink mug. The DISNEY DINING PLAN offers classic dining options at both quick-service and table-service restaurants, including character dining locations. Included: 1 quick-service meal, 1 table-service meal, 1 snack or drink, and 1 resort-refillable drink mug. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: the specific number of meals and snacks is determined by the number of nights included in the package stay. Meals and snacks can be redeemed at any time during the stay. Unused meals and snacks will roll over from day to day and expire at midnight on the check-out day. Meals and snacks are not transferable between group members.
